Way of the Tao and Confucius
This week inclass we have been studying the ways of Taoism and Confucianism. The way of Taoism was introduced by Lao Tzu known as the Father of Taoism. Who had been born an old man at sixty years old with the wisdom of ancients. The Tao live in a state of inaction for racing and having action deadens the senses and the soul. Confucius was known as the Master preaching the ways of Confucianism. Confucius spent much of his life wandering teaching everybody of moral thought and of the relationships with all the people you know.

That sounds very interesting.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like an interesting class, ecpecially fond of confusciousism. And the way he taught people what is morally right.
ReplyDeleteI thought this was interesting to learn and it's something that I really had no clue about. Though, I thought the having no action all the time would not be such a great idea.
ReplyDeletePretty interesting. Have you guys read any literature that portrays confucianism and taoism?
